Melissa Boggs

Melissa Boggs is a leadership coach, culture architect, and keynote speaker whose work spans agile transformation, organizational change, and human-centric leadership. Since 2001, she has worked across domains such as healthcare, education, government, security software, and more, coaching and training executive leaders, product teams, and entire organizations.

She served as Chief ScrumMaster and co‑CEO at Scrum Alliance, engaging deeply with the evolution of global Agile community, culture, and organizational change. Her work emphasizes moving past frameworks to the deeper dynamics of behavior, energy, and relationships.

Melissa is also known as an employee experience designer and hosts the podcast “Wild Hearts at Work”, exploring how work becomes meaningful, human, and sustainable. She helps organizations design systems, rituals, and culture practices aligned with both business goals and human needs. Her signature approach often includes storytelling, movement, and metaphor to make change visceral and memorable.

She holds an MBA in IT Management, a B.S. in Information Technology, and credentials including Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Team Coach (CTC), Certified LeSS Practitioner (CLP), Kanban Management Professional (KMP I), and PMP. Melissa is a frequent speaker at conferences like Agile2023, where she brings clarity to the intersection of leadership, culture, and agility.
